1. How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion happens inside the Brief app — this page can't delete anything on its own. To remove your account:

Open the Brief app and sign in
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account and confirm

This page exists to explain what that action does, so you know exactly what happens before you tap confirm.

2. What Gets Deleted

Confirming deletion in the app immediately and permanently removes:

Your uploaded documents (resumes and job descriptions)
Your interview history, transcripts, and feedback
Your profile data
Your avatar photo

This can't be undone. Once you confirm, this data is gone immediately — there's no recovery window and no way for us to restore it afterward.

3. Your Subscription Isn't Cancelled Automatically

Deleting your account removes your data, but it does not cancel an active Brief subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, and only you can cancel them there — Auralish has no ability to do it on your behalf. Cancel separately, before or after you delete your account, using the steps for your platform:

Platform	Steps
iOS	Settings app → [your name] → Subscriptions → Brief → Cancel
Android	Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Brief → Cancel

If you skip this step, your subscription will continue to renew even after your account and data have been deleted.

4. About This Page

This page is linked from Brief's Google Play store listing and from within the app, as a public account-deletion disclosure. It's informational only — it doesn't collect any information or process any deletion requests itself.
